I get some of my best reflection done on the train.
I just wanted to jot down here an incredibly interesting thing we discussed during Philosophy and Religion Club-
All elements are made inside burning stars. The core of the stars start with hydrogen which burns into helium which then burns into carbon, nitrogen and oxygen, etc.. The last element created (as to what I recall) is iron. Once the star creates too much iron the star erupts into a supernova-the elements inside are dispersed throughout the entire universe.
Everything comes from the stars. That means that we are, quite literally, stardust.
I'm going to try an get my soul free.
We are stardust,
We are golden,
And we've got to get ourselves
Back to the garden.
